CleverLink is excited to launch our brand new website on 1st of March 2010. As you can see -  the new CleverLink site is attractive, professional and many have commented that it is a very "clean design", easy to navigate and resourcesful (as always).

The new site is not only friendly and attractive but also has advanced technologies built into it. Below are some examples of the benefits that CleverLink's new website offers:

1.  Clients can now:
     - Create and update their own account 
     - submit an online support ticket and see its progress
     - communicate with the CleverLink team through our website - no need to email
     - submit a compliment, complaint or submit a referral

3. Prospects and existing clients can get a quote easy and quicly though our "Get a Quote" button

4. If you are browsing through our website & wish to talk to our team -  you can enter your phone number (anywhere within Australia) and our system will  connect you to our phone line and this phone call is FREE for you! This link is on EVERY page of our web site so you can give it a try any time.
Of course, while our office is closed - you can leave a message and we will call you back.

5.  Our event calendar has been improved.
 
6. Visitors can see how many others are currently online (look at the bottom LHS). This function was only available to CleverLink staff previously.

7. The site also has a project management tool built in to it so CleverLink's internal and remote team can work more effectively. Our clients will now benefit from our state-of-the-art internal systems and effective & efficient 'work flow' processes.

8. Relevant products are on their way to going live on our web site and this mean you will be able to purchase useful items at low cost

9. Besides our famous CleverTips (a few years worth of work contained there!) that are already on the site, other resources will be loaded to the site later this week and this means our contacts will now have useful information at their finger tips with our downloadable information pages. 

Our aim has always been to help our clients withing their roles and within their business by keeping them informed. We have succeeded in bringing useful information to our clients in the past and will continue to provide resources that are now readily available.
